Qualifications

• 6-8 years of work experience in an industrial maintenance operation
• Maintenance certifications in electrical/plumbing/mechanical disciplines
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Operate processing machinery and minimize downtime while following blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain and repair ice-makers, compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems
• Conduct safety and root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
• Assist with inventory of repair parts and support lean improvement initiatives
