Qualifications

• Journeyman certification/licensure in electrical, plumbing or mechanical disciplines.
• State certifying authority: Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator or equivalent.
• Several listed certifications may be required or preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs to reduce downtime.
• Operate equipment to improve processing times and efficiency.
• Assess and repair tools and physical plant components as needed.
