Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
• Operate processing machinery to reduce downtime
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs for maintenance
• Maintain and inventory repair parts and supplies
• Test production quality by inspecting ice for clarity, cube size, and hole space
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Coach others in tool usage and general facility maintenance
• Assist with bagging product and manage production workflow when needed
• Conduct basic electrical and electronic systems maintenance without supervision
