Job summary

Stable Manufacturing Company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for plant equipment. The role requires managing PM schedules, repairing equipment to maximize production, and maintaining spare parts; flexibility for 40+ hours and on-call duties is expected.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machines, maintaining training, ordering parts, and contributing to continuous improvement projects with production staff.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Diploma is required.
• Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics training preferred.
• 2-5+ years in industrial maintenance, electrical systems and controls.
• Basic PLC and drive training; plastic process knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (DC/AC motors & drives, downstream equipment).
• Build and maintain PM schedules and participate in repairs to maximize production.
• Order parts and control components as needed to keep equipment running.
• Contribute to CMMS performance via timely work orders.
• Serve as 1st responder for machine problems and escalate when needed.
• Support daily management directives and continuous improvement projects.
