Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in High Point, NC is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on dairy processing equipment, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met to support continuous production.

You will service mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repair pasteurizing, filling, and packaging equipment, and train new maintenance team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems; food safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair boilers, pumps, compressors, filters, tanks, and other equipment in machine rooms.
• Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and components.
• Service and repair pasteurizing equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, case handling, filling, and packaging machinery.
• Maintain and repair blow molding equipment used in production.
• Service plumbing, piping, and vacuum systems (high and low pressure).
• Fabricate, modify, and build components to support operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment at the component level using schematics and blueprints.
• Provide training and guidance to new maintenance team members.
