You will perform hands-on maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems and support production reliability. The role requires at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read schematics, weld as needed, and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical components and controls to minimize downtime.
• Use HMI displays to interpret alarms and diagnose faults on extrusion equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, control panels, and related machinery.
• Diagnose issues involving 3-phase power, sensors, relays, and industrial controls.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding and fabrication as needed.
• Document maintenance work in CMMS and communicate issues clearly.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures during repairs.
