Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to oversee high-level maintenance and repairs for roasters and packaging equipment, coordinating with site leadership to minimize downtime. The role requires diagnosing issues, following food-grade standards, and maintaining parts inventories.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience required. Preferably industrial or machine related.
• 3-5+ years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance with the Production Manager, Supervisors, Operators and other managers across the site.
• Diagnose problems and perform timely repairs to minimize impact on processing and production lines.
• Adhere to food-grade standards during all maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain spare parts inventory for machinery and supplies.
• Perform high-level PM tasks on packaging lines, roasters, burners and grinders.
• Attend daily turnover meetings and report maintenance activities and issues.
• Diagnose issues, plan repairs, and execute repairs promptly.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and related systems.
• Receive formal training in pneumatic, electrical, mechanical fields and safety concepts.
