Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to service 45-65 Company-owned coffeehouses. You will perform preventative maintenance on espresso and HVAC systems, manage scheduling, track equipment data, and coordinate third-party repairs to keep stores operating smoothly.

The role requires proactive planning, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel and overtime may be involved to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment in Company-owned retail coffeehouses.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on espresso/brewing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Independently manage scheduling based on business needs.
• Track and maintain equipment data and assess repairs or replacements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for store operations and repair needs.
• Install and de-install equipment and coordinate third-party repairs.
• Identify repair trends and coordinate with Store Operations leadership.
