Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform high-level maintenance on coffee roasters, packaging equipment, and related systems. You will coordinate with the Production Manager and Supervisors to schedule repairs and ensure compliance with food-grade standards.

The role requires diagnosing issues, performing timely repairs, and maintaining accurate CMMS records, with attention to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5+ years maintenance experience is required.
• Prefer industrial or machine-related background.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level maintenance on roasters, packaging lines, burners and grinders.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and supervisors to schedule work.
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
• Record maintenance using CMMS systems.
• Follow safety and food-grade standards.
• Attend turnover meetings and report on activities.
