Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician for an industrial manufacturing facility in Cottage Grove, MN. This permanent, on-site role offers shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with compensation up to $45/hour and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and experience with motors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Safety and reliability are valued at this site.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs.
Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage.
Follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards.
