Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage.
