Qualifications

• Experience working with stamping equipment and related production machinery.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for recording maintenance activities and equipment data.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement techniques to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Utilize a preventative maintenance program to maintain equipment and prevent failures.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on stamping and other production equipment.
• Record and report maintenance activities and data clearly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support safe, efficient operations.
• Lift, move, and handle tools and parts weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
