Job summary

Twin City Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable operation of our frozen vegetable processing and packaging facility.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, motor and sensor replacements, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance in manufacturing or food processing.
• Experience with motors, sensors, switches and control devices.
• Ability to read schematics and perform basic electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production, processing, packaging, and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment; electrical components.
• Replace motors, sensors, switches, lighting as preventive maintenance.
• Assist with motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and low-voltage control systems.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime; document work orders.
