Job summary

Twin City Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our frozen vegetable processing and packaging facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, experience with PLC-controlled equipment and basic electrical work. Candidates with experience in food manufacturing, welding, and fabrication will be favored; join a team focused on

Qualifications

Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and performing basic electrical maintenance.
Experience replacing motors, sensors, switches, and other common maintenance components.
Food manufacturing or refrigerated environment experience preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production, processing, packaging, and facility equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems; service basic electrical components.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules.
Assist with installation, startup, commissioning, and improvement of new equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
Support safety procedures and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams.
