Job summary
Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on preventative and specialized maintenance of the laundry facility, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable operation of wastewater and power plant equipment.
The position requires teamwork and hands-on repair with automation and control systems. You will document repairs using a computerized PM program, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime while meeting
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent; plumbing/electrical/steam/controls/welding/mechanical systems training preferred.
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance.
- Electric schematics and low voltage troubleshooting.
- Boiler operator license and wastewater certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and operations to support facility operations.
- Use PM program to document repairs and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment focusing on automation and control systems.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance and records.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
