Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery, diagnose issues, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

You will install wiring, operate lifts/cranes, and follow strict safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance certificate program from a 2-year college or technical school required/preferred.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, DCS, and logic controllers required.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using testing devices.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and lighting systems.
• Operate platform lifts and overhead crane when required.
• Follow lock out tag out protocol and safety policies.
