Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to repair and maintain assets, improving reliability and lifecycle costs. The role focuses on supporting the production line and requires hands-on troubleshooting and strong technical communication.

The position is on-site with a 2:30 pm–10:30 pm shift. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with basic office tools.

Qualifications

• High School or technical Diploma required.
• 5 plus years’ experience in the distribution or manufacturing field.
• Proficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• OSHA and NEC basic knowledge.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure immediate maintenance intervention to solve any maintenance issues in the relevant field and follow up actions necessary.
• Thorough execution of all planned maintenance activities assigned. (PM’s)
• Support all Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) plans and activities affecting the relevant maintenance area.
• Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with operations, planners and engineering to maximize efficient productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and standards and maintain good housekeeping.
