Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to repair and maintain production assets and improve reliability. The role supports the production line and requires a 2:30 pm–10:30 pm shift with on-site work.

Minimum 3 years' experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems; basic ladder logic reading or training available. Visa sponsorship is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• High School or technical Diploma required.
• 5+ years' experience in the distribution or manufacturing field.
• Proficient in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• OSHA and NEC basic knowledge.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure immediate maintenance intervention to solve maintenance issues.
• Thorough execution of all planned maintenance activities (PMs).
• Support EMS plans and activities affecting the maintenance area.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations, planners and engineering to maximize productivity.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain good housekeeping.
• Read and interpret ladder logic or attend related training.
