Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is hiring a Maintenance Tech II-Operator I to install, maintain and repair machinery, systems and structures in our facility, applying safety standards and CMMS documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose faults, read blueprints, use measuring tools and contribute to emergency responses, while collaborating with EHS teams and leveraging hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and basic electrical repair.
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Understanding of electronic and mechanical components to troubleshooting and repair.
• Basic knowledge of the safe use and care of hand and power tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Mechatronics experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility.
• Reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to supervision or EHS team member.
• Understands company safety. Initiates and acts as facilitators on the floor to promote those initiatives.
• Must be knowledgeable and capable of responding to emergency situations
• Inspects plant equipment for proper working conditions and safe operation.
• Uses CMMS Maintenance System to document work order.
