Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech II-Operator I in Springfield, TN. You will maintain and repair machinery, electrical systems, and structures, ensuring safe operation.

The role requires analyzing blueprints, reading measuring tools, and responding quickly to emergencies to uphold safety standards. With 3+ years in hydraulics/pneumatics/mechanics and basic electrical repair, you will document all work in our CMMS system and collaborate with EHS to promote proactive safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and basic electrical repair.
• Reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.
• Understanding of electronic and mechanical components for troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of safe use of hand and power tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Mechatronics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, structures, and pipe/electrical systems in the facility.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision or EHS team.
• Promote safety initiatives on the floor.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Inspect plant equipment for proper operation and safety.
• Use CMMS to document work orders.
