Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in Garden Grove, CA to support production operations in the Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities to align with the organization.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, stocking materials, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Credentials: 100093, 100100, 100065.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, climbing and bending.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repairs, installation, and stock management.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems across the plant.

• Inspect and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems throughout the facility.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $22 - $30/hr.

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday (need to be available for daily OT and saturdays)
