I I Stanley Co., Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2:30PM–11:00PM. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and equipment upkeep in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background and drug tests. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive wage.

Competenze

Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods.
Able to climb ladders and stairs without difficulty.
Must lift/carry/pull equipment up to 75 lbs with assistance.
Background check and drug test must be passable.
Able to work in enclosed spaces and confined areas.

Mansioni

Utilize solvents and high-pressure water blasters for industrial cleaning.
Scrape and chip surfaces to clean walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots, etc.
Perform minor maintenance as needed.
Vacuum and wipe the interior and exterior of equipment.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; shovel as needed.
Assist with paint booth cleaning tasks as required.
Lock out/tag out of equipment for safe entry into energized areas.
Safe entry into confined spaces needing cleaning.
Perform general janitorial duties including office and restroom cleaning.

POSITION: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Shift 2nd, Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM
Reports to Randy Bishop Responsibilities and Job Duties:

Utilize solvents, and high-pressure water blasters for industrial cleaning.
Perform manual scraping and chipping to clean surfaces such as walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots, etc.
Execute minor maintenance as needed.
Vacuum and wipes the interior and exterior of equipment.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming, and shoveling.
Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning tasks as required.
Perform lock out/tag out of equipment for safe entry into energized areas of the paint shop.
Perform safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned.
Perform general janitorial duties including office and restroom cleaning.

Requirements and Qualifications

High school Diploma/GED
Stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time and reach within 6\" of the ground for extended periods of time.
Climb ladders and stairs without difficulty.
Lift, carry and pull equipment weighing up to 75lbs. with assistance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass a drug test
Push / Pull Heavy Weights
Ability to work in enclosed spaces
