Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group seeks an Industrial Maintenance Team Lead to safely and efficiently lead technicians in maintenance, repairs, and TPM programs within a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and adherence to 5S and ISO standards.

The candidate will plan and execute maintenance tasks, mentor junior staff, and ensure equipment reliability across conveyors, paint systems, and robotic processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills required.
• Must certify and maintain valid certification on powered industrial vehicles and overhead crane operations.

Responsibilities

• Balance manpower based on team member qualifications and skill set.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for safety and quality issues.
• Modify, repair, and maintain complicated machinery while training others.
• Diagnose and repair machine trouble including disassembly/reassembly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance on plant equipment including lasers and robots where applicable.
