Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of technicians to ensure safe, efficient operation of facility repairs.
• Review daily activities and PM results with Site Manager and communicate issues.
• Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines or equipment.
