You will lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment while coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance with 2+ years in supervision, plus CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors maintenance technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains plant equipment including mills, welders and material handling systems.
• Develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Enforces safety protocols and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Collaborates with production, engineering and quality teams to drive improvements.
