Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, modification, repair, and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment on site. You will prescribe work plans, specifications, and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs and SMPs.

Responsibilities include directing emergency repairs, coordinating pre-commissioning activities, and ensuring adherence to piping, bolting, and inspection standards, while maintaining thorough documentation and field quality

Formación

• Minimum of eight years of cumulative experience.
• NCCER Boilermaker certification required; NCCER Supervisor preferred.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance and safety programs.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and submit technical work and breakdown reports; conduct quality audits.
• Prepare maintenance field instructions and ensure proper documentation.
• Control and endorse work permits; assist planning and coordinating work orders.
• Lead safety and training programs to comply with SOPs, SMPs, inspections and training.
• Direct emergency repairs and replacement of worn equipment to support operations.
• Coordinate during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; ensure equipment readiness.
• Ensure technicians follow checklists for preventative maintenance and guide system improvements.
