Sibelco Nordic Ab in Ashley, US, seeks a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead reliability and safety programs across the site.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems; manage SAP work orders and preventive maintenance; and lead technicians and contractors to keep operations at peak performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments.
• Hands-on with conveyor systems.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Good communications skills.
• Basic electrical maintenance skills; 480vAC/3/60A a plus.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Detail oriented and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in dusty environment.

We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead teams, solve problems, and keep operations running at peak performance.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP
• Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
• Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
• Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.
• Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
• Step in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activities
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Enforce Sibelco's safety standards and lifesaving rules
• Lead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in industrial maintenance environments
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order management
• Welding and fabrication experience
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience required
• Good communications skills.
• Basic electrical maintenance skills required, 480vAC/3/60 a plus.
• Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Self-starter who can succeed with limited supervision
• Detail oriented with proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
