Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 14 technicians and ensure reliable operation of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems (480/3 phase). Requirements:

• Must bring own metric tools (specialized tools provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems (480/3 phase)
• Trade school or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience training/delegating work for14 Technicians
