• Ability to build weekly and outage schedules and lead progress meetings.
• Proven collaboration across Engineering Leaders, Engineers, and Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Plans work for crafts with all details including task lists, data, and manhours.
• Builds weekly and outage schedules based on priorities and manpower, tracks progress.
• Coordinates with Engineering Leaders and Supervisors to maintain priorities and schedules.
• Interacts with vendors/contractors to obtain supplies and services on time.
• Maintain backlogs, PM records, safety backlogs, and planning priorities.
• Track and report KPI progress for the department.
• Develops a library of task lists for repetitive jobs.
