Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• 10 years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 5 years on the shop floor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Experience leading and optimizing work processes to drive results.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
• Good written and verbal communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan work for crafts with tasks, data, blueprints, manhours, and expected outcomes.
• Build weekly and outage schedules, track adherence, and lead progress meetings.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leader, Engineers, and Supervisors on priorities and plans.
• Interact with vendors, contractors, and plant resources to secure supplies and services.
• Maintain work order backlogs, PM records, safety backlogs, planning priorities, and histories.
• Track and report KPI progress for the department.
• Develop a library of task lists for repetitive jobs.
