• Anticipate resource requirements and assign responsibilities with deadlines and performance expectations.
• Demonstrate information-gathering techniques, analyze situations and identify implications to make correct decisions.
• Ensure staff are aware they are accountable for achieving results through program evaluation and performance appraisal.
• Coordinate information with other functional staff and establish reporting to determine labor and productivity metrics.
