EXCEL Group is seeking a Planner/Scheduler for a Maintenance job site in Plaquemine, LA. You will develop and manage schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of industrial projects in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, SAP proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across multiple departments and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within an industrial industry.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
