Job summary

GCC is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to coordinate plant maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and drive operational efficiency in heavy industrial environments.

Ideal candidates will have industrial maintenance planning experience, SAP or similar CMMS, and a proven ability to manage work orders, parts, and budgets with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar engineering degree.
• 2+ years’ experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar platform.
• Predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track daily maintenance and major repairs for the plant.
• Document and keep predictive, preventive, and SOPs up to date.
• Prioritize schedules and coordinate maintenance activities with all departments.
• Identify parts, tools, and manpower; estimate completion times.
• Oversee parts availability with procurement; manage suppliers.
• Record labor hours, materials, and notes; close work orders timely.
• Maintain BOM records and manage SAP PM work order backlog.
