Job summary

You will need strong knowledge of mechanical parts and PM practices, with solid organizational and communication skills. You will partner with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams, coordinate parts and labor, use SAP for tracking, and assist in cost estimates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance planning or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance (PM), including coordinating parts, materials, labor scheduling, wrench-time tracking, and PM completion.
• Organize and plan work orders and project schedules for maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Support parts room coordinator; track outstanding parts orders and communicate lead times.
• Use SAP for tracking, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and comply with company policies.
