Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School certification a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance planning, work order scheduling, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance (PM), including coordinating parts, labor scheduling, wrench-time tracking, and PM completion.
• Organize and plan work orders and project schedules for maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows and minimize downtime.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Support parts room coordinator, tracking outstanding parts orders and ensuring lead times are followed.
• Use SAP for tracking, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures (EEO, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
