Job summary

Tricore Industrial Measurement Services seeks an experienced professional to lead sales and management of industrial maintenance and outage services. The role focuses on developing client relationships, crafting scopes and proposals, and overseeing projects from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, manage labor with unions, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence throughout client

Qualifications

• Experience selling maintenance and outage services within industrial settings.
• Ability to develop scopes, estimates, budgets, and execution plans.
• Strong planning and coordination across Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines.
• Experience coordinating with union labor and managing related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance and outage services to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop work scopes, estimates, proposals, budgets and execution plans.
• Plan and manage maintenance/outage projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with union representatives to secure qualified manpower.
• Manage labor requirements, union obligations, and client contracts.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, tools, equipment and materials.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, productivity and financial performance.
• Communicate with clients, field supervision, union reps, and project teams.
• Resolve field issues and schedule conflicts to meet client needs.
