Job summary
Mid-West Forge Corporation in Cleveland, OH is seeking a skilled Millwright/Electrician to maintain and repair industrial equipment across presses, cranes, conveyors, and robots. The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and experience with PLCs and robotics.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years in a manufacturing setting in Electrical Maintenance or as a Millwright.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of tools safely.
- Preferred education or training in industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Dismantle, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical controls on plant equipment.
- Read blueprints and schematics; install motors, drives and IO circuits; perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain logs, follow safety procedures, and document machine conditions and repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and power systems; support welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
