Job summary

Reworld is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment at our energy-from-waste facility. Work includes boiler stokers, grates, feed chutes, conveyors, hydraulics, rotating equipment, and welded components.

You will read blueprints, support outages, and participate in night/weekend shifts as needed; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial maintenance and welding experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain past work clearly.
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, rotating equipment, and heavy repairs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and overhauls.
• Inspect and repair Martin stoker systems, grates, and feed chutes.
• Perform welding and fabrication using drawings and procedures.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals; interpret equipment drawings.
• Support installation, alignment, rigging, and component replacement.
• Assist outages and startup activities; overtime as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and document work in CMMS.
