Job summary

Piworld in Midlothian, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment in an industrial setting. The role requires hands-on expertise with PLC-controlled equipment and 480V three-phase electrical systems, plus welding and CMMS documentation.

Shifts run a 12-hour day schedule (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) with pay ranging from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
"Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime."
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment and AC/DC drives.
Troubleshoot and maintain 480V three-phase motors and electrical systems.
Perform equipment setup, adjustments, alignments, and repairs.
Use CMMS to create and complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
Perform general building and facility maintenance.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
