Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain plastic molding machinery and electro-mechanical equipment. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot PLCs, and ensure safe, efficient operation on a 12-hour D shift (Wed 12am–6am, Thu, Fri, Sat 6pm–6am).

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, part replacement, diagnostics, and installing functional parts. A GED with 1 year related experience is expected; electricians license preferred but not mandatory.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or training.
• Fully understand hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Electrician’s license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery.
• Replaces or repairs parts on machines (bearings, wiring, valves, gauges, switches).
• Observes mechanical devices to locate trouble sources.
• Dismantles devices to access parts and checks for wear or imperfections.
• Inspects used parts to verify dimensional changes.
• Adjusts functional parts and control instruments.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts and installs new parts.
• Initiates purchase orders for parts and lubricates and tests equipment.
• Participates in on-call schedule and may work overtime.
• Follows safety rules to maintain a safe work environment.
