Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks an Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment and controls within our manufacturing facility in Georgia. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting with electrical drafting experience, and formal electrical training such as an apprenticeship or college program.

Qualifications

1–3 years in a manufacturing environment
Electrical drafting experience required
Formal electrical training (apprentice, military, trade school or college)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots 480VAC 3 phase motor control circuits.
Troubleshoots industrial control circuits.
Modifies circuits in industrial machines and systems.
Changes all size motors from fractional to 500 HP.
Troubleshoots PLC systems.
Installs control systems for rebuilds or new systems.
Installs and testing Ethernet networks.
Troubleshoots and installing VFD motor controls.
Disassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces parts.
Replaces fuses, light sockets, bulbs and switches.
Performs other duties as assigned.
