Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable. Required: 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical troubleshooting, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics; basic electrical troubleshooting; welding and fabrication a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
Welding and fabrication experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities
Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Conduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiring
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
