Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• U.S. work eligibility and Altria family of companies.
• Open to any shift; willing to overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Journeyman mechanical credentials OR relevant mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or military environments.
• Reliable, consistent attendance.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Must successfully complete the required assessment(s).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using hand and power tools plus precision measuring tools.
• Rebuild subassemblies and components; replace worn or faulty parts.
• Execute routine preventive and urgent reactive maintenance.
• Interpret machine schematics/prints and follow equipment manuals.
• Operate machines post-repair to verify proper function and safety.
