Qualifications

• Technical School diploma or equivalent (Mechanical / Industrial preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentation.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and act as the first point of contact for equipment breakdowns.
• Perform preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process changes.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Work with quality and production teams to prevent defects and improve product quality.
• Use a computerized maintenance system (CMMS) to log work, parts, and repairs.
• Keep technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
• Coach and support production teams in resolving equipment issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
