Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in mid to large size production facilities with plastic injection molding, assembly, and/or automation repair.
• Automation track: PLC troubleshooting and repair; electronics, mechanicals, pneumatics background.
• Injection molding track: knowledge of hydraulics, mold controllers, sprue pickers, robots.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders related to machine repairs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Identify potential system failures and ensure critical components are stocked to reduce downtime.
• Conduct system testing and calibration; read blueprints and schematics.
• Change over equipment for different products; operate automation systems and conveyors.
• Work with robotic devices, cobots, AGV/AMR, and vision systems to ensure performance.

Education
