Job summary
Freudenberg USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production running through disciplined preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will diagnose issues quickly, repair diverse equipment, and assist with machinery installs and upgrades to boost performance.
Working on 1st and 2nd shifts on site in Indiana, you will follow strict safety rules, log clear notes, maintain tool control, and help manage spare parts while
Qualifications
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting on 480V systems and below.
- Solid knowledge of industrial machinery, shop tools, and plant equipment; conveyor experience preferred.
- Ability to read/interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Comfortable with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Keep production running with disciplined preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose issues quickly and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Assist with machinery installs and upgrades to boost performance.
- Follow safety rules without compromise; document everything you do.
- Maintain tool control, accurate records, and a healthy spare parts inventory.
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and support facility upkeep.
- Join training sessions and drive continuous improvement.
