Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to proactively maintain and upgrade a range of process equipment, including blowers, chillers, boilers, extruders, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. The role emphasizes preventing failures through lubrication, balancing, and proactive inspections, while supporting ISO/TS quality and 5S practices.

Ideal candidates have a two-year technical degree in industrial systems, 0–5 years of industrial maintenance

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree in Industrial Systems or related field preferred.
0–5 years of technical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck and aerial lift certifications on site.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled maintenance support to identify and prevent failure points in operational equipment.
Maintain, repair, and upgrade process equipment including blowers, boilers, chillers, extruders, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Contribute to 5S, housekeeping, and safe work practices in shared areas.
Participate in on-call rotations and support 24/7 operations.
Collaborate with electrical, process, and reliability teams to prioritize maintenance tasks.
