Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs and ammonia refrigeration preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical problems quickly using blueprints and manuals.
• Maintain processing equipment, perform pipe fitting, welding, and fabrication.
• Repair electrical or mechanical equipment and install new equipment.
• Adjust and repair packaging equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts.
