100Hires, Inc. in Rock City, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, and process equipment for safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate will read schematics and manuals, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and document activities in CMMS. Shifts available: 2nd 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 3rd 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience with pumps and electric motors.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
Maintain pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
Respond quickly to minimize downtime and document activities in CMMS.
Read schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals; participate in root-cause analysis.
