Job summary

• Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and processes to ensure safe operations and minimize downtime.
• Perform daily checks and log equipment operations; optimize efficiency through preventative/predictive methods.
• Complete PMs and Work Orders to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to improve efficiency.
• Follow SOPs for the area, including GMP, PPE, and SSOPs; ensure food safety and quality.
